CRI Worldwide Appoints Peter H. Glick and Gwen H. Booth to Board of Directors

CRI Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of clinical research services to the global pharmaceutical and biotech industry, has elected Peter H. Glick, General Partner, Ampersand Ventures, and Gwen H. Booth, Senior Vice President, Operations, Accelecare Wound Centers, Inc., to the company’s Board of Directors.

Peter H. Glick recently joined Ampersand Ventures from Cohesive Technologies, where he served as President and CEO from 2001 to 2007. Prior to this role, Glick was president of Primedica Corporation, a contract research organization that provides safety and efficacy testing for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Glick holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Accelecare, Gwen H. Booth was Vice President, Clinical Pharmacology at Covance, one of the world's largest and most comprehensive drug development services companies. Previously, she served as Vice President, Early Phase Clinical Development at Radiant Research, and before that, on the management team at MDS Pharma Services. Booth holds a B.S. in Nursing from Creighton University.
