The careful work we do results in studies that directly affect the advancement of our field. We are proud to have conducted research studies that have appeared in publications such as The European Journal of Pharmacopsychiatry, Archives of General Psychiatry, Clinical Pediatrics, and The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry. However, it couldn't be done without our patients. Our entire recruiting and retention process is designed with patient care and compassion at its core.

Our goal is to treat every patient with respect and dignity throughout the process. This means anticipating and providing for their needs, including informing them of the process from the beginning and by creating a comfortable environment throughout. We are able to enroll our partners' studies swiftly with the highest quality patients. CRI possesses an extensive patient database with more than 40,000 listings including patients and healthy subjects. Nearly 20% of our full time staff is dedicated exclusively to patient recruiting.

Once enrolled, we provide transportation to a significant majority of our patients enrolled in studies to ensure their continued participation. We have nearly a 100% on-time start for our clinical studies, including all Phase I studies. Because of this, we are recognized as a top enroller in nearly 85% of the clinical studies we conduct, and we have a repeat customer rate of nearly 90%. This care for our patients results in our high retention rate, which translates to greater success for our clients. It all goes hand in hand.
